By installing and using the QBO Cleaner browser extension ("the Extension"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Extension.

Description of Service

QBO Cleaner is a free browser extension that enhances the QuickBooks Online user interface by adding convenience features such as:

  • Print Receipt functionality on bill payment pages
  • Save & Print Check button for streamlined check printing
  • Quick Make Payment links on vendor pages

No Affiliation

QBO Cleaner is an independent project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Intuit Inc. or QuickBooks. QuickBooks and QuickBooks Online are trademarks of Intuit Inc.

Use at Your Own Risk

The Extension is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. You use the Extension at your own risk. We do not guarantee that:

  • The Extension will be compatible with all versions of QuickBooks Online
  • The Extension will function without interruption or errors
  • The Extension will continue to work if QuickBooks Online updates their interface

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

  • Your use or inability to use the Extension
  • Any errors or inaccuracies in the Extension's functionality
  • Any unauthorized access to or use of your data
  • Any interruption or cessation of the Extension's functionality

Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Ensuring you have the right to use QuickBooks Online
  • Verifying the accuracy of any receipts or documents generated
  • Maintaining the security of your QuickBooks Online account
  • Complying with all applicable laws and Intuit's terms of service

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Extension at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the Extension after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Termination

You may stop using the Extension at any time by uninstalling it from your browser. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the Extension for any reason.
