Print Remit is missing from my bill. What should I check?
Check your installed extension version first. In the preview, Print Remit appears on supported saved bills with applied payments and a readable payments-made list. Unpaid bills do not have an applied-payment remit.
How do I print several payments to the same vendor?
In the 1.19.48 preview, open the vendor detail page and choose Vendor Remittance. Select an inclusive payment-date range, generate the report, and review its verified payment and allocation totals before printing.
In the preview, Quick Create sits immediately to the right of header Search on supported pages. Enable Workflow Polish and Quick Create Button, and choose at least one action. It is hidden on transaction forms and during supported dialogs.
Does amount search use the total or unpaid balance?
It uses the transaction total through QBO’s Advanced transactions search. An invoice with a $1,500 total and a $750 balance is searched by 1,500.00. For zero totals, use the native Amount → Total → Equals → 0.00 → Apply controls.
Detection depends on supported QBO layouts. Check Hide Promo Banners and Auto-hide Ads, then try Re-scan Banners. In manual mode, use Hide ad on a detected promotion. New layouts may require an extension update.
The current table must expose creator information. Some QBO lists or company layouts do not offer that column. The extension does not add missing creator data to a table.
Does the settings backup contain my accounting records?
No. It exports 13 preference fields, including switches, shortcuts, bookmarks, aliases, and ad dismissals. Creator emails and names may be included, so share the file only with intended recipients.
Save Setup opens a persistent full settings page. Activate Download settings backup there. After importing, refresh open QBO tabs to apply the settings. Signed macOS Safari 1.19.48 (build 50) passed the recorded checks and was submitted to Apple review; App Store installation and update checks follow availability.
Why does the website describe a feature I cannot find?
The guides describe the 1.19.48 release preview. The public Chrome store was last verified at 1.19.44 on October 17, 2026. Check the popup version and the release note before expecting a newer control.
Refresh QBO and check the extension version. If required native controls are obstructed, disable the extension and refresh again. Send support the browser, version, page type, and a redacted screenshot describing the problem.
