Where a supported receipts, bills, or expenses table exposes a creator column, QBO Cleaner can add creator filters above it. Use the filter to narrow the displayed rows.
How to use it
- Open a supported Receipts, Bills, or Expenses list with a visible creator column.
- Find the creator filter controls above the table.
- Choose a creator to narrow the visible rows.
- Return to the all-creators view when finished.

- A supported list route and a table exposing creator information.
Scope & limitations
- QBO does not expose a creator column in every list or company layout.
- Filtering displayed rows does not prove a server-wide search across all pages.
- Lists without creator data do not gain that data from the extension.
