How to use it
- Open extension settings and turn Workflow Polish and Quick Create Button on.
- Choose the actions for slots 1 through 6. Choose None for slots you do not need.
- On a supported dashboard, list, or report, choose the + beside Search.
- Choose an action. Use Escape or an outside click to close the menu; Enter and Space operate the button.

Illustrative example
A bookkeeper can put Invoice, Expense, Find by Amount, Receive Payment, Check, and Bank Deposit in the six slots. A business owner can keep only Invoice, Expense, and Bill.

What you need
- Workflow Polish and Quick Create Button enabled.
- At least one non-blank action slot.
Scope & limitations
- The + is hidden on transaction forms and during supported dialogs to leave QBO controls accessible.
- An empty set of slots removes the button. QBO permissions still control which forms are available.
