Print Remit belongs on a saved paid or partially paid bill with linked applied payments. If it is missing, first confirm you are on that bill and that your installed extension includes the feature.

1. Check the installed version

Open QBO Cleaner settings and read the version in its header. These guides describe the 1.19.48 release preview; the public store may install an older release. See Release notes and Install & update for the current availability statement.

After updating an unpacked installation, reload the extension and refresh QBO. A page left open from before an update can retain an older content script.

2. Check the bill and its payments

Open the saved bill itself. An unpaid bill has no applied-payment remittance to print. A payment form is a different screen and uses Print Receipt.

Look for QBO’s payments-made control. Print Remit uses that linked-payment list to check the number and total of payments applied to this bill.

3. Let the current form finish loading

Wait for the saved bill’s footer and linked-payment controls to finish loading. The button is added beside the supported bill save controls.

QuickBooks can change its forms or present a different layout for a company. If the expected control is still missing after a fresh page load, contact support with your browser, extension version, page type, and a redacted screenshot.

4. Choose the document that fits

For several payments to one vendor over a period, use Vendor Remittance from the vendor detail page. For selected bills and credits on one saved payment, use Print Receipt.

If a preview reports an unverified count or total, review the underlying QBO payment records. Do not treat a failed or partial collection as a complete remittance.
