Payments

Print payment receipts

Keep bills, credits, and the net payment together.

A little less friction.

Create a receipt from a saved bill payment, including selected bills and vendor credits across the payment’s table pages. The extension checks bills minus credits against the payment total before showing the receipt.

How to use it

  1. Open the saved bill payment in QBO.
  2. Choose Print Receipt on the payment form.
  3. Keep the page open while the extension collects selected bills and credits, including later table pages.
  4. Check the bills total, credits, and net payment in the preview. Print or save a PDF using your browser.

What that looks like

Illustrative example

A payment applying a $1,250 bill and a $150 vendor credit has a $1,100 net payment. The receipt shows all three amounts so the deduction is clear.

Good to know before you start

What you need

  • A saved bill payment with readable selected bills and credit allocations.

Scope & limitations

  • The receipt covers this payment. Use Vendor Remittance for several payments over a period.
  • Collection returns the bill and credit tables to page one. Unverified totals stop printing.
  • A report is a record of the displayed payment; generating it does not send money.
