A little less friction.
Print payment dates, references, and applied amounts from a paid or partially paid bill. Print Remit reads the bill’s linked payments and checks their count and total before producing the document.
How to use it
- Open a saved bill that has one or more applied payments.
- Find Print Remit beside the bill’s save controls.
- Choose Print Remit and let the extension read the linked-payment list.
- Review the applied total and references, then use the browser’s print controls to print or save a PDF.
What that looks like
Illustrative example
A $1,000 bill paid in two installments of $400 and $600 shows both payments and a $1,000 applied total. A $400 first installment on the same bill shows only the $400 already applied.
Good to know before you start
What you need
- A saved paid or partially paid bill with a linked payments-made list.
Scope & limitations
- An unpaid bill has no remittance to print.
- The remit reports amounts applied to this bill, not a vendor’s entire payment history.
- If linked payments cannot be verified, printing stops. Multi-page column-heading repetition depends on the browser.
