Workflow Polish dismisses supported short success toasts after a brief reading window. Error and action messages need different handling and are not treated as ordinary saved confirmations.
How to use it
- Enable Workflow Polish.
- Complete a normal QBO action that produces a supported success toast.
- Read the confirmation while it is visible; eligible messages close after about two seconds.
- Use native controls for messages that remain or require an action.
